Woolly begins to learn from the other animals in the show that he has been tricked by a mean goat that enticed him to travel with the show to see and exciting place called Red Camel. Woolly makes the Wizard very mad by laughing at him when a cat pounced on the Wizard. He is forced to go see the Red Camel who turns out to be as bad as the Wizard. Woolly cries out for help from the Shepherd who comes to save him. All the other animals are rescued and come to live with Woolly, his family and the Shepherd.
