Charles Allen Watkins was born in 1820 in Prince Edward County, Virginia. He married Henrietta Rives (1824-1885) in Buckingham County, Virginia in 1841. They had eleven children. Charles died in 1864 in Ray County, Missouri. Traces their descendants. Descendants live in Missouri, Ohio, Texas, and elsewhere in the United States and Canada.
