Welcome to the first collection of Word Search puzzles featuring the English language's most essential words! Solving the Word Search puzzles in this book will be a fun way to help you improve your knowledge of the English language whether you're a native English speaker or an English-language learner. The puzzles are made up of words from The Oxford 3000*, a list of essential words that every English-language learner needs to know.The words used in this book are taken from the A1, A2 & B1 levels and they align to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). These are for more beginner-intermediate English-language learners. Please note that any words under 3 letters, like as or so, were left out.Next to each word in each puzzle, you'll find its part of speech. This part is shaded in a lighter grey. It's just there to help you-you won't need to look for it in the puzzle. Use this volume of Word Search puzzles to help you learn and memorize the spelling of a small set of words each time. For any words you don't know, look up the definition in a dictionary and write it on the puzzle page, or in a separate notebook.
