Book Description

This document records testimony from a hearing held to examine how to strengthen America's postsecondary system as Congress works to reauthorize the Higher Education Act. Witnesses and members discussed reforms that will help ensure more students have the opportunity to complete an advanced, quality education without absorbing unmanageable debt.
