This parcel-specific Environmental Baseline Survey (EBS) and Community Environmental Response Facilitation Act (CERFA) report presents the results of an assessment of the known existing environmental conditions for a portion of Sierra Army Depot (SIAD), Lassen County, California. The areas addressed in the main body of this report are known as the Herlong and Honey Lake Parcels. The areas discussed in the addenda to this report are known as the Airfield, East Shoreline, and Southwest Corner parcels.
