Shera is a beautiful young girl who came into the world carrying a curse from the spell the voodoo priestess WuTu Amutar of Stellenbosch, South Africa; she had placed this curse on Sheras ancestors who lived generations before she was born. While Shera was growing up in a village in Stellenbosch, South Africa, her mother, MumDo, shelters Shera from her unique and usual human conditions that does not allow her to run free from the bondages of her half-human side.
