The addendum conssits of two reports: 1) Sonoma/Marin housing study for the Sonoma/Marin multi-modal transportation & land use study; and 2) Commercial development market assessment. These reports were prepared as a component of the baseline data collection effort for the Study. The Sonoma/Marin housing study is an analysis of the housing market within Sonoma and Marin Counties, focusing on the development Opportunity Sites identified in the Study. The Commercial development market assessment conducted similar analysis for commercial real estate development in both counties.
